COMPONENT TASTINGS

The Karma Vineyards staff invites you to participate in a program

created to enhance your ability to confidently match wines with food. 

We call it the Component Tasting, a wine & food pairing experience.

We seat our guests in our private Cave dining room for an interactive wine and food pairing.

Our chef creates four fabulous recipes, using the freshest ingredients available.

Guests are guided through four wine-food pairings, with a discussion

relative to the components of the wine and food which create an epicurean harmony.

This understanding will allow you to fully appreciate and

enjoy the characteristics of our wine.
